    To help out people with no mic, and to possibly work promos better, the app ‘Discord’ is a huge help. You can have sections for typing chat and sections for actual talking. for example you could have a general chat, a promo chat and then on voice chat you can have things like commentary and just a general voice chat. It was used on an Efed I used to be part of and it was fantastic.
